Personal data

Data controller: KATÅLEZ, at the address above.

Data processed: your website address and email address when you use the first-look form, together with anything you send by email, by telephone or when booking a time.

Purpose: to answer your enquiry, carry out the first look or the diagnosis requested and, where relevant, prepare a proposal.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, Article 6.1.b GDPR.

Processors: first-look form submissions are delivered by Web3Forms (Web3Creative) acting as processor, on Amazon Web Services infrastructure. Submissions are retained there for 30 days and then deleted.

Appointments are handled by KATÅLEZ on its own calendar, with no third-party booking service. The details you enter when booking — name, company, email address, telephone and subject — are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database hosted by Cloudflare, and confirmation emails are sent through Resend. No data is sold, rented or passed to third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention: three years from the last exchange where no contract follows; otherwise the statutory period for commercial records.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Write to bureau@katalez.com. You may also complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority — cnil.fr.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising trackers or third-party statistics. No consent is required.

Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which passes your IP address to Google. To avoid this, the font files can be hosted on this domain instead.

Governing law

Governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the registered office. This English version is provided for convenience; the French version prevails.
